I'm take a wild guess on this one might not be problem but check and see.. If you look at the back of the controller it is a Tiny Green Button. so on paddles when you remove has a tiny Nipple that is most likely not making contact with it..

either chat with support or request a call back and they can assist you with setting it up.

thats not true I get up to 1 minute with cod eliete premium. My 1st video I uploaded was 57 seconds long, and that made it to my page just fine.

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Can you clarify exactly what is going on with the elite controller and your PC? Is it connecting to your PC at all? Are you attempting to connect via Bluetooth or with a USB cable? Is this the Elite 1 or 2?
