PC crash after starting pubg via steam

Hello Guys,

My Pc crashes after starting Pubg via steam, and the error code is Bad Pool Caller.

I have this problem since almost 1-2 months now. I have tried everything i could find online and even resetted my pc, but the problem is still there.

I hope someone could help me find a solution

So, even reinstalling windows the issue persist for the game?

If that's the case the next step will be contact PUBG team and see what they can suggest you:

Okay, i have reinstalled windows via usb now, but the pc crashes nevertheless. And all my drivers are up to date

what should i do next?

I have Windows 10 installed, i reinstalled windows via the windows settings

Thanks, if you don't mind the best option reinstall windows using a USB drive. Due to sometimes the option inside settings is not capable to delete all the corruptions:

Just to double check, all your hardware drivers are up to date, right?

Is this happening on wIndows 10 or 11?

Do you know if your windows system received an update or the game started to crash after a new update (for the game)?

When you said "reset my PC" did you mean reinstall Windows from scratch?

If that's the case, how did you do it? Via Windows Settings or using a bootable USB and formatting your C: drive?

I can advise you some things depending on the answers for the previous questions. But if the issue persists you may need to reach PUBG support
