    PC can't connect to Xbox Live


    My PC has been unable to connect with Xbox Live for nearly a month, and it really frustrates me. I am receiving an error code 0x87DD0006 when there is an attempt to sign in to Xbox Live. The error code applies to the Xbox App, Xbox Game Bar, and when I try to play any games I downloaded the Xbox app using my Game Pass Ultimate.

    I have tried everything I can do to fix it. I went into the PC command prompt to fix any issues with teredo. I've tried to see if there were any firewall settings I needed to change. I deleted my payment for Xbox Live Subscription and entered the same credit card info even though there was no indication that there was a problem there. I recently upgraded to Windows 11, but the problem persisted before the upgrade to Windows 11 when I was still using Windows 10. I tried to contact the support page, but I have only encountered the AI Chatbot and an automated voice message.

    I need help knowing what I can do next because I feel like I'm doing the correct things, but still have this problem. This problem is only on my PC, I can sign in perfectly fine on my console.

    Hey mate, I'm a little confused here, as you can't to Xbox LIVE through a PC. Are you trying to connect to the PC client?

    Can't connect here either. FiOS in SoCal. Can't connect to Live on my Xbox or "Games for Windows Live" from my PC. Can't access these forums from any device connected through FiOS either. Only through cellular data. Everything else through FiOS works just

    I was able to sign in with no issues, and no errors with a mobile hotspot. I also had no problem having games syncing.\

    If you're able to do it. Please try connecting your PC to a different internet source like a mobile hotspot via Wi-Fi or using a USB cable.

    This can help us to determine if it's something with your internet connection or not.
