    hello i purchased my kids the xbox one for christmas. and it came with gears of war 4 I noticed it says hey you can also download it to the pc.. well thats great except i also see it cannot be played on both at the same time? the whole point would be to
    play with them .. am i reading it wrong?

    If the mouse/keyboard combo makes such a difference then explain how I (a medium level player) does fine using a controller when playing PC BF4?

    I think for most people (excluding the really top players) the advantage gained by using a mouse is a myth.

    You are correct, you can download the game into your computer. However, you need to have a different account to download and play Gears of War 4 at the same time.

    Xbox One games themselves cannot be played on the PC. You can however download PC games that are Xbox Live enabled. Some of these are Xbox Play Anywhere games, and as was stated, there is Xbox Game Pass for PC which lets you play over one hundred PC games.
    These are a mix of PC games & Xbox Live enabled PC games.

    Hi, the xbox app isn't meant to play the titles of xbox to the pc as an emulator because it isn't.

    If you own an xbox one you can stream your games to your pc and play from the pc with xbox one powered ON and connected to the same network.

    As for your title list, without being 100% sure I think it shows you only the games for PC since you are on PC, if you have an xbox one with the same account you will find your games.

    FYI some games that are in the "Play Anywhere" list can be played in both PC and xbox one as long as they are digital and not physical discs

    You are correct, you can download the game into your computer. However, you need to have a different account to download and play Gears of War 4 at the same time.

    That would be because It's an Xbox One disc, and they only work on Xbox One's and so your PC will not recognize the disc. If it is a play anywhere title you will need to own it digitally to be able to play across PC (Windows 10) and Xbox One.

    If you want a disc copy of the game that will work on your PC you will need to purchase a disc for PC and make sure that your PC meets the requirements of the game.
