pba pro bowling issue

I just downloaded pba pro bowling and was doing the league play, when all of a sudden my a button won't release the ball.

the button works on everything else, just not releasing the ball when I play. this happens with both of my controllers.

it was working and then just quit.

anyone have any ideas on how to fix?

I have restarted my console, done a hard restart, and uninstalled and reinstalled game.

Did you check with the command option for your controller in the menu options ? Maybe your button mapping is changed and that is what causes that !!

I had to update my controller, and then reset my command options.

It is the PBA bowling 2021 for the Xbox one and I used the same account and console and I play it every day almost. It just started this about 3 days ago

May I know exactly the device/platform are you using to play the game? Is it the "PBA Pro Bowling" game specifically?

When was the last time you played it? Did you use the same device and the same account to play it on?

You may as well check your game achievements from https://account.xbox.com/Profile to confirm that.
