Pb to pay with valid credit card / pb pour payer avec carte de crédit valide

Hello

It is a valid Visa MasterCard in my name.

I already asked a call back from Microsoft.

Someone did it and said me I have to wait 24h between each try of transaction. He also said me the problem comes from my bank.

My bank said me 2 or 3 times the problem comes from Microsoft. They can't do anything else.

What can I do ?

Are you using a prepaid credit card by chance or is it a valid credit card in your name? If you have purchase restrictions you may want to request a call back from support

You can request a free call-back by signing on at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more
questions, you should get the option to request a callback.
