One more thing this is what the portal said when i payed

" Your payment is not processed If you want to try again, you won't be charged twice". If you closed Microsoft Store, open it, go to the product and then it says select Buy.",

Okay, thanks for confirming. I’ve seen a few other threads reporting this error recently.

What does it say if you select get more info?
