    Payment went through twice as payment page crashed


    I recently went to add £10 to my daughter's Microsoft account for a £4 purchase in Minecraft. The payment page crashed and so I did it again. However my bank statement revealed the payment has gone through twice.

    I spent an hour on live chat to no avail and was told to raise a refund request which I did.

    To my horror, this has been declined as i have already had one refund this year.

    This is theft pure and simple. It is clearly an error caused by your website crashing.

    I shall be taking this up with the authorities unless i am issued my refund.

    Have you checked the transaction went through on your Microsoft Account Page it should be under the payments and billing tab.
