Payment settlement

I have an outstanding balance via automatic subscriptions.

How can I settle payments when I am not currently the holder of a credit / debit card?

Could I make an internet transfer, abe will pay the balance?

Great game

I love this game, I was unsure about the settlement feature of the game when they announced it but I thoroughly enjoyed building settlements.

Settlement Location

I really just want a weed pulling DLC, ability to use a broom or something to clear up all that filth on the ground and the ability to dedstroy everything pre-war because some of the settlement locations have those ruins that are pretty much useless as the
stupid walls can't snap to pre-existing structures

Unfortunately, I don't believe that internet transfer is an option — you can link a Paypal account though which would draw from your bank account. Additionally, you can't use a prepaid code to pay a past due amount either (How to Pay a Past Due Balance on an Xbox Subscription).
I'd suggest clicking the Contact Us icon on the bottom of that page and choosing the callback option to see if they have a solution for you. A prepaid VISA should work as an option as well.

Your best bet here is to call phone support. They can work with you to make your payments. The number for North America is 1-800-469-9269

Can you go to this page
https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and click "pay now" next to the amount in red - which is the overdue payment?

You'll have to pay with a valid credit/debit card.

Otherwise, if you can't or get an error, please contact xbox support:

Hi there,

You can request a call back and speak with a support representative to help you pay the past due balance if unable to do so on the website.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.
