    Payment processing problem


    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue, where I try to purchase a DLC pack for Rock Band on Xbox 360. After I confirm my payment method(my credit card, valid), I am being sent to a payment processing window, with XBOX Live logo and "trasaction is encrypted" information.
    I've been waiting and waiting and it never ends processing.

    I am sorry for bad phrasing. I tried to buy it via internet browser on my PC, and yes, I tried on Xbox marketplace. It seems like only Rock Band 4 DLCs are supproted right now?

    Thank you for replying so quickly, it certainly eases my frustration! I verified my billing address, and unfortunately it was the same as my payment card - I'll get on the phone to Xbox support right away. Thanks again for your help :)
