    I bought a 50.00 gift card and later when I tried to purchase a 20.00 gift card I got an error saying can't process your payment contact us. My next payment for Xbox Ultimate isn't due until the 22nd of this month. I have tried both my PayPal account and
    credit card and neither work, even though it had worked 15 minutes earlier.

    Call up support and speak with billing to have them help you remove the card.

    Hey there Charity! I understand you are having some trouble purchasing this promotion. Can you visit our Payment Method guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx)
    and ensure your PayPal account meets the criteria for use with Xbox LIVE? Also, can you please try another payment method to see if that works? Let us know if that helps!
