Payment pending since 15th of November

Hi,

As the subject describes, there's a payment pending since the 15th of November, however, the amount has been reduced from my bank account. Please investigate and provide a solution a.s.a.p.

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate Microsoft billing account issues on the forums since we lack the proper support tools to do so. You would need to contact Xbox Customer support if the item is Xbox related and
a live support agent should be able to review your order history with you and see why the transaction is still pending on your Microsoft Account order history.

Select See other options
Select Payment & billing under Account management
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select "Request a call from Support" if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region if a callback option is not available

I hope you can get this resolved with the billing department of customer support!

I'm having the same problem with ultimate pass. Payent on console is due 15/11/19 but my bank was debited on the 18/11/19. Cannot play game pass games or online games.

You will have to contact Xbox Support and ask for the billing department. It would also be better to talk to someone from there by asking for a callback.
