    i have been having this billing problem for 2 years now every time i try to add my wells fargo card to my account it says the information is wrong but its correct because i have the correct information from my bank has anyone else had this problem if so
    pls let me know how to fix it

    Maybe your credit card expired, if it's not expired, contact Microsoft Support.

    Hi There,

    Have you tried to add your Wells Fargo card to your PayPal account if you have one and then add the PayPal account to your billing information? I use this method and find that it works well so it might be useful to you.

    your payment option must match the region if your account so if you have a us acount but have a Japanese payment option it wont work
