    payment option dont show up


    hi i added mobile phone as my payment method on x1 because its only payment method i can add because i dont have bank or paypal account but when i hit the buy button on some game or anything then this method is not there. i dont know what to do i try search
    web for solution but dont find anything.

    Make sure the option is set as your primary payment method at https://account.microsoft.com

    However, if the payment method does not show up on the Xbox you will need to contact your phone service provider to make sure it's available and activated in your area.

    In the meantime I would recommend setting up a paypal account. It can be attached to your bank account if you do not have a credit card.

    I would also make sure that your mobile phone payment type is accepted. You can buy games using prepaid credit cards as well if the issue persists.

    I tried this but any payment added does not show up. I've tried multiple cards. No error, just goes back to "you have no payment options"

    I can use my payment options elsewhere on the xbox site but not for this game. It states I have no payment options. Support told me debit cards dont work but i found that i cant add credit cards for this game either.

    Can you please try completing the transaction using a different browser and also try clearing your browser history and cached data. If after this you are still not able to complete the purchase can you please contact the Xbox Support team directly by
    clicking here and select either the option to Chat With Xbox Support or Request a call from support and they should be able to help you with purchasing the replacement power supply.

    Since the currency conversion, the website has been unable to process purchases without using credit cards. This is something that they are currently working to fix. Unfortunately for now you will have to use your console in order to use funds in your
