Payment notifications

We understand that you are trying to change the account that receives the payment notification. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Are you part of Microsoft Family? If yes, you may need to tell your dad to add your mom as the organizer of the Microsoft Family. That way, they will be notified for any payments you will be doing while gaming. Aside from that, they will manage your account for anything related to games.

We do not suggest you to change any email added to a Microsoft account. No one but the account owner should perform that. If any case, you wanted to have your mother review all notifications for payment. You need to let them know about the Microsoft Family and be the organizer.

Remove any and all payment options then any subscriptions can't renew you may get a notification and or email stating that to continue the affected subscription you need to add a payment but if you don't you'll be unsubscribed

Microsoft Store didn't take my payment yet, but I did get notification a few days ago to make sure everything is up to date. Which it is.

if you recieve These Kind of emails, they are automated notifications because there is an issue with your account, its in your interest to let xbox Support check the Status of your payments.
