    Payment not processing


    I have had an Xbox X in my cart for an hour and it's not processing payment but I have an order number. Anyone else experiencing this? I've also been on hold for an hour with customer service to see if they can process my payment. Wondering if I should
    continue to wait or is this not going to go through.

    Trouble processing payment

    I'm not sure if it was the same error code, but about a year ago I had a similar message when trying to purchase a game which said that it was having trouble processing my payment. I knew there was no issue with my debit card, so I wasn't sure what
    was causing it either. I wound up backing out of the Store and left it alone until later that evening. Then I tried again, a few hours later, and it went through fine. Just thought I'd add this, in case you might want to try again and see if it does go through.

    I am sorry for bad phrasing. I tried to buy it via internet browser on my PC, and yes, I tried on Xbox marketplace. It seems like only Rock Band 4 DLCs are supproted right now?

    Hey there JackVossler,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally see how getting this error could be pretty frustrating. Since it straight up says to contact support, I suggest
    contacting support as there could be something that is messing everything up.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    Minecraft, Paypal/mastercard, as I tried both, and there isn't anything else I wish to purchase right now, so I don't know.

    Hi Thrillride01, I’m Ryan.

    What software are you trying to purchase? What’s your specific payment method (account balance, debit/credit card, PayPal, etc), and does the same error occur when you try to purchase anything else through the Microsoft Store?
