    Is there a way I can just buy xbox live gold without adding any credit card information etc?

    I know there is the option to use prepaid cards but that way I'll have to buy a €10 card when I only need €7 for example.

    An option to just pay with a maestro card would be nice. So there's just a one time payment of the right amount.

    Go to billing.Microsoft.com, pull up your account, remove you payment methods, then re-ad your payment methods.

    Paypal or a prepaid card would be the only other options.

    1 - No once purchased - it will not be canceled if you change the CC# on file.

    2 - There is never a charge to change cards(I know the Microsoft store charged me a 1$ before placing a purchase)

    3 - Yes then you will be able to do auto renewal on the card.

    I would recommend Paypal. It adds an extra set of security backup incase someone gets your payment details.

    If you're trying to use a bank account, there isn't a lot of support for that so, you might want to keep trying.
