    Hi! Yes I tried the app store and it did work. I had to purchase using my computer and going to the XBOX web page.

    Have you tried to purchase via the Web store as well? If that doesn't work either then you can contact Xbox Support by requesting a call via support.xbox.com/contact-us

    You will need to contact support and have auto renewal turned off. You won't be able to remove the cards until your gold membership runs out though.
