Discus and support Payment Details in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can someone please tell me how to remove my card details off of the xbox, i do not want to add another card just simply get rid of my card details....     Unable to purchase anything (even free).

    Payment details? I don't have any payment details. I have never had payment details. Ever. I have only ever used point cards I purchased at a store.

    Payment Details

    You can't remove a card that is attached to an active gold subscription. You would either have to call support and have them cancel your subscription so you can remove it, or wait for your gold to expire and then remove it.

    At the bottom it say's Edit security Info.

    That's where you click to change you're Secondary info.
