    Whenever I try to add my PayPal account it says I need to add it from the website where it asks for a credit or debit card which I dont have. Also in the error at the bottom left it says declined by PayPal.

    Hey there, that error means that PayPal has declined the payment. A good thing to check first would be seeing if your billing info on commerce.microsoft.com matches the info on PayPal. You may also want to contact PayPal's support.

    Bough MSP, But bank declined.

    If it was through Paypal and it declined that one is hard to know for sure. It may be okay through Xbox but Paypal will have a balance due or Xbox may show as past due until that is paid. You may not get suspended for points not going through but they
    can lock your account for non payment so you cannot buy anything else until that is resolved.
