    Yesterday my brother bought the free games of the month thanks to the program Games with Gold before I subscribe live cubicle(garage,dock) monthly gold. The concerned games his Charlie Murder (9,49 €) and Great Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition (29,99
    €) .Je would want that we pay off to me these games please. Thank you in advance.

    You would need to contact support and see if they can do anything for you. Everything in the marketplace does state that there are no refunds so there is no guarantee they will give you one.

    You will need to contact the Accounts department in regards to payments.

    If you made a mistake and asked the bank to cancel a transaction then this WOULD be counted as fraud.

    But this can be cleared up by contacting accounts support, to make sure the bank hasnt cancelled a outstanding payment by mistake.
