    I recently got the live Xbox pass but didn’t use it as much as I though I would and it was a waste of my money, so I canceled it before the next bill came out but it still took it out of my account and it says I am not eligible for a refund. This is stressing me out and I need help:

    You show as being a gold member, I wonder if the system just needed some time to update things. Can you try again to get on LIVE and let us know how it goes? Other then that, you will need to contact phone support to work this out.

    when ever I try to download the free Xbox360 games it says to add a payment option I don't like using my card online and what sucks is that the game was free in the store I cant even use Xbox Gift cards to download them

    Till now there is no news regarding an eventual change in the method of payment regarding xbox live subscription and the only valid method remains the credit card. Although even other gamers are requiring to change method and you can join them with a vote

    Yet you can still avail of the xbox live membership through prepaid gold cards purchased by the third party providers.

    This person is not paying the bill bill paid on other persons card from joint account.
