    When I try to add my phone number to make a purchase I get a messege saying “Something happened on our end please try again in a bit. Waiting help” this has been happening for 3 days now please help me.

    Can you try some other payment mode such as another credit card or paypal and clear your due balance? You can turn off automatic renewal if you do not want it to be renewed.

    Check the email's associated with all the gamertags on the console.

    They all send a confirmed purchase notification to the emails.

    When you cancel subscrption it will cancel all your services if you are a ultimate subscriber ive got near a year to go with mine with hopeing to stay alive im disabled with health problems ive stopped auto renew at the moment as i dont know if ill stilll
    be here crazy times my friend.

    Hello,

    For Auto-Renews such as EA Access, or Xbox Live require a credit or debit card. (Or PayPal if you have it). The card is not charged if you cancel it in time for only 1 month to be charged.

    I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?
