paying for xbox live years without owning a xbox ?

hello had a problem with PayPal there were charges i didn't recognise i then contacted PayPal they advised me that it was Xbox live from a different Paypal account which is linked to misses account upon them looking into this for us this has been going on since 2009

the email which was used virginmedia stopped using years ago so we cant get into the email as it has been cancelled so i am asking

for any advise we can get from this community

all the information that we have got is the Gamertag and email address the name of the bank account home address we think is correct

If we can't have access to the account we won't be able to stop the charges from our end, which is why the best option for your case is to stop any Microsoft charges from your bank institution.

Why don't you try and recover your Virginmedia email account, just a thought.

Xbox Live should be free, I should be able to play the online versions as well as FTP games I own without having to pay 10 per month for Xbox live.....
