    Why am i paying Microsoft for a service when i dont have access to it im so sick of it its crazy

    I PAY FOR XBOX GOLD NOW ITS TELLING ME TO UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFO BUT ON MY BANK STATEMENT IT SHOWS THAT IT WAS PAID TODAY

    I'm really sorry you are currently experiencing this issue, unfortunately Xbox is having lots of problems with purchase and content, which may also interfere with Xbox live for many people. I know support is working hard to fix it asap so we can get back

    Xbox is a multi billion dollar company they have all the resorces to fix this problem NOW if not i want to be compensated for all the time im loosing because i have paid for my service in full,
