    On 12/27/2020 I paid $14.99 for a 1 year renewal on my Microsoft Casual Games Subscription (My Order #6530767997) and started playing my games a I had done for the full previous year. On 1/28/2021 everything suddenly stopped and I could no longer play old Solitaire games and I was seeing ads. I into contacting Microsoft, but had a VERY HARD TIME finding someone to help.

    Finally, someone named Haqikat S. in the Community said I should request a refund and then repurchase the renewal. So that's what I did. See their response to my problem below:

    I'm sorry but I lost my cool. Here was my response to them:

    I’M SORRY!!! But it was YOU’RE MISTAKE to begin with!!! I PAID for a YEAR and I received ONLY A MONTH!!! YOU let it go a MONTH and then you stopped and I started receiving ads and I found on the 28th of January that I couldn’t play the older games and tried to find where to go to let YOU know a MISTAKE was made on my account.



    I FINALLY got an answer that I should request a refund and then repurchase the subscription which I did RIGHT AWAY. I requested the refund and now you’re telling me I can’t have it!!! I’m not getting what I paid for!!! So YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT ME PAYING AGAIN FOR ANOTHER WHOLE YEAR!!!!



    Why would I do that?!?!?!? So, you could give me another MONTH?!?!? Very CONVENIENT MISTAKE on YOUR PART!! Let the customer pay for a year, give them a MONTH (which puts them passed the time for a refund), so then you don't have to pay a refund and expect to collect AGAIN for another YEAR!!!! FOREGET YOU!!!

    I worked in an office (McDonald’s main office for one of the Vice-Presidents in Oak Brook, IL as one of my office jobs) all my life and NEVER saw Accounting Practices done YOUR WAY!!! We sure wouldn't have customers/clientele for very long. When my time is done in Mahjong and Jigsaw, I AM DONE WITH MICROSOFT GAMES!!! Many other game portals to play in.

    Hello, when you look under billing does it show the payment for a year? When you look under subscriptions does it show the year subscription? I know it can be frustrating but all you need to do is call up support and speak with a representative and all of this will be taken care of.
