    i was with paying for my subscription so on friday i tried to pay for it but it said there was an error and it said to try l later, so i tried on saturday and the same thing popped up and since i couldnt pay for the subscription

    Paying for past-due subscription

    I had an Xbox live subscription for a couple months but wasn't able to pay it. I didn't want the cost to keep building up I decided to cancel my subscription with out paying for the rest of subscription as I didn't have the money. Now that I do have the
    money and want to pay off my past-due subscriptions, it won't let me. It won't accept my debit card and there is no "pay now" option available. Does anyone know how to solve this?

    Paying for past-due subscription

    The problem with this is that my card was unregistered because of me not paying for the subscription and I can't re-add it to my account. I'm told to check if my card is still valid and it is since I can make purchases elsewhere with it so I don't understand
    why this problem is occurring just for Xbox.

    The most common issue with payments not going through is outdated or incorrect information. I would start out by making sure your billing information is correct, the payment method is up to date, and the region you're in matches where you are.

    the billing information is fine but i think the problem is that i bought the subscription in Switzerland but now i moved to poland. what should i do

    depending on when it was set to renew, you may be able to pay the balance and then request a refund, or, if the past due subscription is for Live Gold and you wanted to take advantage of the deals on Game Pass,
    Ultimate you can simply pay the outstanding balance and then upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate and any time left on your Live Gold will also be converted to Game Pass Ultimate
