ok I buy 2 copys of the same game one for each system and they both were digital down loads and one got uninstalled nd it went to ready to install games the other one just went just disapered from the redy to install list and both had the expantion
on them as well and nothing and whe new try to get it back it say that we have to buy it again and I should not have to whe ni buy it already and my bank shows it was bot 2 times from my account on different days and my cuz payed me for it in cash so

Paying for games twice

Exactly my problem. I see that Assassin's Creed IV is now on Xbox One and a few of my other games so I decided to get one since my 360 was slowly dying. Since getting the One, I have only been able to play Gears of War 3 and Castle Crashers, none of my other
digital downloads are going over. I'm keeping my 360 until then, but wow I felt pretty cheated when I realized that I couldn't get most of my games.

Also, side note, still haven't gotten the codes for all the GOW games for Xbox One and I hit all the criteria. Thanks Microsoft

Paying for games twice

I own a vast array of digital games from my times on 360. Now that thee games are available again on XBOne in searching in the digital library and finding that I now have to pay for digital games which I already paid for one before. I am using the same amount.
Why can I not play portal or shape complex (as examples of 2 games i assuredly paid for ob 360) on XBOne without having to pay for them again? !

Back Compat page. If the games you are missing are showing there, check out your purchase history on
commerce.microsoft.com to see if you can see your purchase there. If you cannot, and you are sure you purchased it digitally, then
please contact us for a phone agent to look into your licenses.

If you purchased a physical copy of the games, then you will need to insert the disc to install it. If you no longer own the disc, then you will need to purchase the game again. Thanks!

As mentioned above we recommend checking your order history. At the top you can change how far back it goes. It is 3 months, 6 months, and all. If still having issues, you can request a call from support to assist you.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
