    Paying a post due subscription payment


    I cant pay my subscription for xbox live because its from an old credit card from the time i lived in America. Now i want to pay it with a new credit card, and i cant choose a different nation than USA when i try to add a new credit card as a payment
    option. I've asked this question here a few hours ago and they said I should change my region which i have done a long time ago. I've already added a non USA billing option, and when I try to pay the subscription with another card I can only choose
    the expired American card. I just want to pay this so I can start using my xbox live again, how do i fix this?

    Hi there,

    The pathway Brad mentioned will lead you to request a callback from a live support agent on Step 4. From here

    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
    follow the steps Brad wrote down once more and it should lead you to request a callback on Step 4.

    Here is another pathway to try:

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select My account
    3. Select See other options,
    4. Select Error Messages and codes.
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a callback from support

    Sorry for the issue with the payment. Your best option is to request a call back they can help sort the different payment methods. Due to the old subscription is US that's why it only allowing the USA card. Follow this template to get a support agent to
    contact you.

    When you go to
    Contact Us
    to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options
    • Step 4 ----select request a call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Yes I figured, because I need to speak to somebody, but this chat support is the only way I can get any contact or help from Xbox, I cant find any other information- no phone number or email adress, just this chat. So how do I get in contact with Xbox to
