Xbox 1 x issue

Xbox one x keeps crashing and just reset for the tenth time and now won’t update !!! And can’t get to speak to anyone ! Really getting frustrated now and am gonna go buy a PS4 soon

We want to clarify that the issue is a sound that comes from the console when in a specific title/game.

If this is the issue, such as a fan sound occurring the console may need to be
repaired.

In some cases, this sound may be cause by improper ventilation.

I already attached my video of annoy fan sound..My xbox fan sound likes this is normal or not? . This sound appear when I play game and I put my xbox in open space. Can I exchange it for a new one? I am very serious now.Please help me.
