    Hello everyone

    i have a payement issue

    Ive bought an xbox in NY, been connected with an French email address

    then I moved to Australia ( bought a new Xbox ), then New Zealand and currently in New Caledonia. Everything was working perfectly.

    ive bought a 3 month Xbox live gold ( at a store) in January , it worked .

    2 days ago I've bought a 6 month to renew it ( at the store again )

    saddly it doesn't work ( the code is from a different region.they says..)

    Ive tried to change location, language .... Nothing works

    ive also tried to pay directly with my credit card on Internet( Microsoft website ) and on Xbox directly

    it also doesn't work ( something went wrong on our end. Try later )

    Any idea ?

    Ps: the retailer doesn't know also....

    This issue can be solved only if the status of the account and the account's billing status is established. This verification can be done only through xbox support: http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Hi,

    you had to switch your account to the new region (Australia/New Zealand?). It looks like your account is still an US account. Changing Xbox settings only doesn't work.

    You can do this with the Xbox support members only as far as i know.

    When you are on the support page don't forget to choose billing and payement as an option.
