Payed for Xbox game pass 3 times but didn’t get it.

At first i had the free 2 week pass on my main account and then again on my second account and i was trying to make a 3rd account to see if it would have another 2 free weeks on ii but it didnt so i decided to buy the month for a $1 and it gave me an error
saying “couldnt charge account” so i tried again on my second account and third with the same result. And after the fourth time it said “insufficient funds” so i checked the bank account and its not at .32 cents where originally it was 3.32. I have the money
network app and on there it says i have 3 pending $1 charges for the microsoft store. But Not a single one of the accounts have xbox game pass on them. I spent an hour in a chat with someone this morning at 3:00 am and they tired calling me a few times to
get my card information over phone to help resolve the problem because apparently they cant get it over text. After another hour of struggling to do this the chat resulted in them telling me to request a call back in the morning at 6:00 am and them ending
the chat. Can i please get help either getting my subscription or getting my money back?

Hi, have you tried restarting your xbox? You can do so by holding down the power button on your xbox for 10 seconds. You can request a call back by using this linkhttps://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

You can request a refund h by:

1) signing in to your xbox account via internet

2)From the top menu bar select Payment and Billing>>then Order History

3)select what you want to be refunded and then click request a refund

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. At this point it would be best to wait on the call back from an Xbox support phone agent. No one on the forums is able to manage your account or subscriptions for you.

As far as troubleshooting this issue, you can try
power cycling your console if you haven not already. You can also try
removing and re-adding your profiles back to the Xbox.

I havent payed for xbox live gold in years. Join microsoft rewards and spend 5 minutes a day to search on bing and you will get enough points to pay gor xbox live (and game pass) in no time. I have 3 years banked and am saving up for scarlet now.

Well, as the others says, it's a one time deal. You cannot upgrade again of you already have pay the 1$.

It's mostly because it's a trial. I think of it kinda like a gift to the community. I recently get the 1$ 3 months game pass deal, and then upgrade. So I have the 3 month upgraded to xbox xbox pass ultimate.

yeah it really sucks... I like to pay as little as possible.... But if you have xbox game pass AT ALL... they automatically switch your time to game pass ultimate.

Which is really dumb. I don't pay for 12 months just to have 3-4 months of content...

I always go for the xbox live gold 12 month.... But they actually took it away...

They are just getting greedy.. They never learn their lesson.
