Payed for pre order then upgraded to vault now it says I don’t have any

The first thing you should do is verify that your order has been marked as completed, to do this you must enter the following link:

See if your order appears here. Make sure you are using the email that made the purchase (DO NOT send the email here, it is not allowed). Open it and see what's in Status. Whether it was completed, or another word.

If it appears complete, then follow these steps to restore your console by saving your games and applications:

1. Press the Xbox Button to open the guide.
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console information.
3. Select Reset console.
4. On the Reset console? screen. You will see three options and you must select the one that says reset and keep my games and applications.

I load up cod hq and when I go on the pre order tab for black ops 6 it says vault edition is 30 pounds. Is it actually 30 pounds or is it a visual bug in the game because it says it's 30 in the Microsoft store

Because that's only the vault edition upgrade (upgrades you from the base game to the vault edition) and doesnt contain the actual game itself.

It's not.linked your ms account or xbox

It's.linked.seperately to your Activision account and if further doubt read the many answered threads available answered today even
