Payed but received nothing

Hello Microsoft,

I just ordered and payed for the FH4 Lego expension pack since I was curious to how it was...

but the thing is, I can’t find it nowhere and if I check thr store it says that I need to buy it using iDeal (Eventhough I bought it like 20 minutes ago, I have the payment proof if needed)

so ya... how can I fix this cus I don’t wanna waste money on something if I’m not gonna recieve it

I contacted the online support thingy (since I can’t contact normal workers since its outside of their hours) but they couldn’t help me either

Soo... Help would br apreciated

I tried 3 kind of power-cycle processes and it didn’t change anything... 😅

should be unlocked in the forza horizon 4 game, just open the main game and select it from the menu.

I already tried that, it says: Go to marketplace (which directs me to the store again)

Did you have recurring payments set as the default setting or did you manually do it? Maybe you can request a refund and get it again.
