Pay for another copy?

if I bought a copy of BO2 from the market place on 360 do I have to buy another copy to play on the One? Or do I just need to sign in on the One with the account I bought the game with and it will let me redownload it?

You would have to just change it again. You will have to pay for another change so I'd get your brother to pay for it.

You just need to sign into the account that purchased it and it should show in the ready to install section of your games and apps.

Yes, you would have to pay for the digital version. It would actually use the same installation file, so all it would download is essentially a licence, but as it is still another copy of the game you would still need to pay for the game.

I mostly get pre owned games. I ALWAYS ask to check the game before paying for it. if it looks too scratched up i ask for another copy.
