    Pay day 2 won’t work can’t contact microsoft


    Anyone else can’t contact Microsoft today?

    Pay day 2 bought it and it won’t load, have deleted and reinstalled

    Disconnected profile and re connected.

    The chat and call system is greyed out so can’t get help

    Getting really annoyed as I have done ever but if trouble shooting

    All other games I own work fine

    Hey well don’t contact Xbox because all they will do is tell you to do a bunch of troubleshooting and then it won’t work. Oh and don’t try to ask for a refund because apparently that is a really difficult thing that can’t be done without a manager that is in a meeting for THREE DAYS STRAIGHT.

    Has anyone else had this issue with their account status?

    I’m having the same issue. Told me to connect to Xbox live but it won’t connect. I am connected to the internet because the other apps work. Can’t contact Xbox because their virtual assistant is a nightmare and freezes up.

    So I tried to remove my account and re add it, but now it won’t even let me add an account back to the Xbox. Now I can’t use any apps. Basically stuck.
