Paw Patrol Grand Prix - Custom race and adventure mode restrictions

Have the same problem (and I'm 37)... Tried uninstalling app, changing date of birth several times, resetting app - nothing. Used gamepass last time in June and today this stuff happens...

Did your problem start after downloading a kids game? Because I think this problem started after I downloaded a game for my child (Paw Patrol: Grand Prix). I mentioned this in my first post.

hello. Reported the issue to the game developer. Looks like it was patched today. I also did not run with the error, but after the update it runs normally. Check it out.

Sorry I took a while to get back to you on this.

So iv gone and done a fresh install of windows on the current stable build. (The things we do for our kids 🤣🤦‍♂️)

Everything is all updated (graphics drivers and windows updates ect..)

But the exact same problem still persists.

The only thing I can tell is this file path -> D:/PawRace/Engine/Source/Runtime/D3D12RHI/Private/D3D12CommandList.cpp:154 dosnt exist on my system.

The file and/or the location are nowhere to be found.

And the file path where the game is actually located is definitely not the one this error is pointing to.

The folder structure is entirely different and the files it's referring to simply do not exist on my system.

I fear at this point I'm out of ideas and will sadly have to deal with the never ending complaints from my daughter about how daddy won't let her play paw patrol 🤣

If you have any more ideas that would be amazing. If not though, thanks for your help trying to solve this issue buddy.

Thanks, exists the possibility that the Insider build is the one causing the problem

Please try leaving the program first and go back to an stable Windows build

After that, give it a new try

In the meantime and if you can, try downloading and testing the game on a PC with an stable Windows build
