Here's the thing ... "Gary the Gamer" quite possibly has the exact same problem you are currently experiencing. "Gary the Gamer" quite possibly has seen this before and knows just what to do to fix it. "Gary the Gamer" doesn't leave you sitting on hold for
minutes or hours with silly elevator music. Crowd-sourcing is very popular in all industries nowadays - Waze is crowd-sourced satnav, for example.

I guess it really depends on what you really want ... do you want the problem solved, or do you want to rant at someone who most likely has no direct control over what has gone wrong?

Well i think in agesture of good will for the lack of communication and the ridiculous server outage last night i think xbox users should be given a £5 microsoft store voucher as compensation

It is weird that it's gone down this frequently over the past few days. Hopefully, these are only temporary issues and won't be a big problem in the future.

Mr AMBASSADOR. I could sort it myself if there was a fix. And i'm referring to the fact that 'Gary' doesn't get paid to help Microsoft out all the time while they do hardly anything to help. I'm pissed at Microsoft, nobody else. If you think they're amazing
then good for you. And yes i'd rather speak with somebody who does have control over the problem, wouldn't you. I appreciate the communities help but let's be honest, all you ever hear is "cold restart" or "factory reset" and that's pretty much it.
