Past Purchases of DLC & Game Pass

I will be using Game Pass Ultimate to play XBox 360 games on my PC via cloud gaming. One of the games, I already purchased and owned when I had an Xbox 360 years ago, and that uncluded the DLC. When I choose to play said game via cloud gaming, will my prior purchase of the DLC carry over, or do I have to buy the DLC all over again?

For example, I own Fable 2 & its DLC. When I cloud game it, do I have to buy the DLC again? In the case of Fable 3, I bought the disc & the DLC, but for cloud gaming services, only the achievements and the dlc ownership should be on the account, will it recognize my dlc ownership when I cloud launch it?

I purchased my copy from a past sale. It is the full game. However, you will need to purchase DLC separately. The DLC includes extra cases.
