    Okay so I put $15 on my account the day my live finished but it still says past due. If I put my debit card information on the Xbox will it be charged for the past due payment or can I still use the $15?

    I can not make a payment for Microsoft Music for until 04/25/2017. I bought a XBOX LIVE "GOLD" 12 months card for $59.99 from GameStop in January 2017 for my son's XBOX and activated in January. I'm confused as to why I'm being billed for this Microsoft
    Music. Could I please get an explanation.

    The payment would be taken from the debit card. Overdue payment can only be paid via credit card or Paypal, not by Microsoft account balance.

    You would have to pay off the balance before you can add the gold card.

    Once I pay it off can cancel the monthly subscription so I would have to manually put in gold?

    Hello Threezi

    If you add it on console, I suggest logging in on the
    website     and pay the past due balance there. Most cases it wont let you on the Xbox console,If you are having issues paying the past due or unable to can always
    contact Us select get call back from agent and they can help you pay it. Just for your information in the future Xbox live subscriptions usually wont take Microsoft account balance
    as a payment option.

    It sounds like you have $4.12 in your Microsoft account balance (which you can check at http://commerce.microsoft.com) so if you use that, you will only need to pay the $6.76 on your card.
