    Hello, really hoping someone can help me out here. So, I bought Xbox gamepass for PC 2 or 3 months back. I did that with a gift card, as gamepass is not available in my country (Pakistan). So yes, my account is set to US, as I have no option. Now, I did
    that with a $10 gift card at first, as the PC version was $5 at the time. Eventually I ran out of funds, or I was short by a few dollars I believe.

    It was my belief that if I bought another Xbox gift card, I could pay off that past due. Unfortunately, I have to pay that past due with a credit card, which makes very little sense to me. Please if someone from Xbox/Microsoft could help me out and deduct
    the past due from my Xbox wallet (I have enough to pay the past due in my wallet right now). I know I was a bit clumsy here, but you can't blame a gamer who wants to enjoy Game pass.

    I really don't want to make the switch to any other platform, as I find gamepass the most friendly, and Microsoft is my preferred community. Please help me out!

    You could try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can do anything, but there is no guarantee. Typically past due balances can only be paid via credit card or Paypal. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    It sounds like you have $4.12 in your Microsoft account balance (which you can check at http://commerce.microsoft.com) so if you use that, you will only need to pay the $6.76 on your card.
