Past due Gamer Pass Ultimate account

Hi Guys,

I have a ultimate gamer pass which goes off each month. I was a day late for payment and paid it today which went off successfully. It even shows on the Xbox one that it is active but it still will not allow me to go online? I

How long does it take?

Do i receive a code or should it automatically allow me back online?

if the Game Pass Ultimate shows as active then you should be able to go online.

you could try a power cycle to clear the memory/cache of your Xbox then try to go online again.

hold the power button on your Xbox until it completely turns off then unplug the power lead from the wall socket/power outlet for a couple of minutes.

then plug the power lead in and turn it on and hopefully your Xbox will recognise that you have an active subscription.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and turn off recurring billing/auto renew on the Game Pass Ultimate subscription before you get a Past Due Balance on your
account.

if you get a Past Due Balance you will need to pay that off before you can get Live Gold or Game Pass.

wait till the Ultimate Game Pass Expires before getting Gold or it will convert to Ultimate Game Pass
