Past Due Free Trail

I meant to cancel my XBOX Game Pass free trial but could not figure out how to do that on the XBOX so it charged me for the next month. However the card it is on has no money and now its past due. The trial ended yesterday and I haven't used any of the
features since then. Who do I contact to get this fixed?

1 Month Free Trail Problems

So I already used my 2 month free trail (both months on different accounts), but 2 days ago my free trail expired. I remember my first account that I put on my Xbox console to activate it, and I never touched the Xbox live gold. I'm pretty sure that account had
a 1 month free trail, but as soon as I signed in, it didn't show any fee trail.

By the way, I bought the Xbox one console brand new.

Another problem occurred. When I signed in the account that I used my 1 month free trail, it still said I had 1 month free trail, so I go ahead and purchased. But as soon as I press subscribe, a new page would pop up saying my subscription isn't up to date.
It tells me to go to the Microsoft.com and press pay now for the subscription that where past due. But there are no subscription that are needed to be payed. And I just want to have some fun on Xbox. But I don't know why I can't find the 1 month free trail
on my first account I used to activate my Xbox one console.

If anyone can give me some feedback I would highly appreciate it.

Past due

It clearly tells you that you will be charged on the due date if you don't turn auto renewal off.

You can also check what subscriptions you have via your console.

You would need to contact support
here for anything billing related as they are the only ones with access to your billing & account info.

You'll want to sign into account.microsoft.com and then check the Services & Subscriptions tab. That will have your Game Pass subscription and the ability to manage and cancel from there. As for the previous charge, click on Payments
& Billing at the top of that page as well and click Order History. Find the charge in questions and click "Get order help" underneath. That will take you to a page that has information on getting in contact with the billing department to discuss your options
on that charge.

The 14 day trail would renew and be taken from the card on file. You can check and cancel anytime account.microsoft.com/services

When that renews if the payment fails for what ever reason that then becomes a past due sub in this case gamepass. Unforutally past dues can't be cleared using a prepaid 5x5 code. You would need too clear using a card then you can redeem the code

The free trail only comes with new consoles. Sometimes they have specials like try for 1.00 but the free trails come with games or consoles. Its not in the store.

Hi, if you didn't accept the free month trial offer when you created your profile on the console then I'm afraid you cannot then go back and get it. The first three profiles you create on your console would be offered a free trial, after that you are no
longer offered the trial.

You options are to either upgrade to Gold using your current profile or create another profile if you didn't already create three profiles on the console and accept the trial this time around.
