    I bought a 25 dollar gift card, added it to my account. Is there any way to use that store credit to pay my late fees on Game Pass Ultimate? As far as i can tell, to pay a past due fee, i can only use a card. Can i i uthe store credit?

    Hi Joshua,

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, gift cards, subscription cards, or your Microsoft account balance can't be used to pay for a past-due subscription. Examples of

    valid payment options     include:

    • Credit cards, including prepaid credit cards
    • Debit cards (not available in all regions)
    • PayPal (not available in all regions)
    • Mobile operator billing (not available in all
      regions)
    • Direct debit (Germany only)

    I can'T change payment option.

    http://billing.microsoft.com - if you click on the payment method on the bottom, you should be able to get any past due fees or change the payment method.

    Sounds like it is a past due amount. I have a friend who had a similar problem. He had to pay the back fee before he could cancel his gamepass.

    No there are no extra fees for paying late.

    If the service has been renewed, the payment will remain on standby until there's no money on the credit card (or other payment method). Try to

    contact support directly     to explain the problem.

    For security, check your
    order history     to see if the service has been renewed.
