Password reset

Recently I tried to sign into my Xbox account on another Xbox. Apparently the password I typed in was wrong, so I went into my phone to check the password. The last time I changed my password was about 2 years ago now and it's been the same since. My phone saves my password to Google so I can just click the email I have registered to the account and the password is typed in with it because the password is saved. Now I know the password is correct but for some reason Microsoft will not let me into my account. I've tried resetting my account multiple times over the last 3 days. Not only have my recovery forms been denied every time but when I first tried resetting my password by getting a verification code sent to my email, Microsoft never sent me the code to reset my password. Not only that but the only help I've been given is an automated message saying to fill out a recovery form that gets denied by another automated system. Now there's an option to schedule a call with Microsoft support but to do that I need to sign in. I've never been so frustrated trying to reset a password, the last time I had to it was easy and simple but this seems unnecessarily complicated and it's ridiculous. The last time I reset my password it took me less than 20 minutes. I know I'm putting in the correct email for the reset code and I haven't gotten an email once. I haven't gotten any help whatsoever. I understand security on an account that pays for subscriptions but this is unnecessarily complicated especially when no help or support is offered. I had to try and create a new account twice before creating this one just to post this and hopefully get help and schedule a call. If I can't reset my password I'll have to create a new account to set up my Xbox, repay for my subscriptions, loose any progress on any game I've played and on top of that re-purchase all of those games again spending hundreds. If a Microsoft team member can reply to this to help I would appreciate it.
