    Hello I have a live acct for my son who is not yet 2 years old (he does not know acct info) i forgot his password . when i do the microsoft password reset it says i need to fill out more info ..... it asks me about his email activaty .... he is not even
    2 he has no email activaty... so it comes back not enough info , so i cant reset it . he only has this email acct for his live acct. how am i supposed to reset this.

    please help anyone

    I suggest using the xbox.com/forgot page to see if that helps you recover any forgotten information. If it doesn't, I suggest using the
    Contact Us page to set up a support call with an account specialist who can take you through your options.

    Hi there! Christopher here, an Xbox fan and been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. I forgot both my password and email as well, after months of trying to get it back a user suggested to do the following and it worked!

    You need to create another account. Once you make the account, you should use the new account to login and select “forgot password.”

    Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you a link to fill out some questions and information so Microsoft can verify that is your account, then you need to wait for Microsoft to contact you for more assistance and the recover your account!
