    I have recently bought Xbox Series S. It was bought in CZ through Alza.cz. I have received as a gift ultimate subscription for xbox. Unfortunately, Microsoft made me to create a new outlook account - university wasn't supported. That I had a trip to different country, by returning I was trying to get access to my new account, but I have forgotten password for it. I have a receipt from shop, xbox in my hands and app in my phone with access. But, Microsoft support automatic system does not accept my request for 2 days already. I really don't know which steps should be further. I have a lot of proves that *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** is my account. Please give me some further steps - how can I finally get access to my account.

    Yeah, I see. But I have completed it with all information that I have. If there any hints - how to make it successful? I didn't have a debit card information there. I also have a access to the app from the phone - if it's possible to change it over there somehow? Or can it influence on recovering password somehow? Sorry for such amount of questions. Thank you in advance!

    Hi, Ricardo. Thank you very much for your response. Unfortunately, I have fulfilled recovery process many times already. But system does not accept my form and giving me such response time to time. I have mentioned all information that I have, but still receive that email.... Probably there any other way to recover it?
