Password/Cursor

I did the reset on another device.

Unfortunately the only way i was able to get out of the keyboard was to use the x on front of controller, restart the console.

I went to my microsoft account on my phone and changed my password.

I will however check out the soft touch key function.

Once you recover your password to your account I suggest you Create and manage a XBox one passkey
assigned to the controller you use. It's a lot more convenient than typing a password all the time.

"I’m unable to use this because my cursor won’t move out of the keyboard setting?"

Does pressing the B button close the keyboard, or moving the cursor to the top and above the keyboard allow you to use the button?

recover and reset a password. You can try
power cycling your console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. If you are still experiencing an issue with resetting the password on your console, we suggest resetting the password on a different device like a cell phone or
tablet. Once you have reset the password, you can enter the new password on your console to sign in to your account. Be sure to let us know the results!

SOMETIMES I get a cursor and I can type in the username. There is no tab button on the controller so I have to hit the B to get the cursor and choose the password line, except that now the cursor is gone for good.
