    Passkey constantly telling me it’s wrong


    Hello, every time i turn on my xbox i’m greeted with entering my passkey which i do, just for it to tell me it’s wrong. It’s like there is always a stutter. I’ll enter it & than it’ll ask for my password. I went to go & change it just for it to tell me it’s wrong again, mind you i’ve had this same passkey for years & it was fine, until maybe 2 months ago it’s been telling me this. What is going on. Maybe a new update needs to be dropped.

    Hello The, you belong to some Insider ring, if you don't belong, make sure you've already performed the April update on your console.

    After you do this verification, if the password error continues, try doing the procedure below.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > Settings > System > Console Information

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note: You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    If you enter in the passkey wrong 3 times it will then ask for the password and allow you to reset the passkey.

    This happens often with Bluetooth devices, you may want to update your contoller by hooking it up to your xbox via USB and go to settings, then to devices and accessories. This will take you to the xbox accessories app, find your controller in the app, go
    to the three dots, click firmware update and update to the latest version.

    If your controller is already up to date, try to connect to your phone with the pin 1234.

    So I tried to connect my xbox one s wireless controller with Bluetooth on my android device but everytime a message was coming up saying "Incorrect PIN or passkey has been entered" but I have never entered any Pin or Passkey. Any way to fix it?
