    How come 360 games are offered with the game pass, gold, ultimate..... when they cannot be played or am i missing something? every time i choose the 360 game offered, it asks me to see the price, then it takes me to the link to purchase? No problem D/L'ing
    One games, obviously. thanks

    I can't play online even though I have game pass?

    There are 4 versions of Game Pass.

    Game Pass Core, Game Pass for console, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate.

    Only Game Pass Core and Game Pass Ultimate include the ability to play online multiplayer games.

    Is your subscription for one of those two or is it just Game Pass for console?

    Did you buy standard Game Pass for console or Game Pass Ultimate? EA Play is only included with Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, not the standard Game Pass for console.

    Just to verify, did you purchase just regular Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? If it's just regular Game Pass, makes sure you bought Game Pass for PC, not Game Pass for console.

    Do you have Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Standard Game Pass does not include Gold, but Game Pass Ultimate does.
